GCSE Latin: Nouns Overview

Nouns

A noun represents a person, thing or idea.

Latin nouns change their endings according to number and case. They also have gender.

Nouns are grouped according to the forms of these changes. A noun group is called a declension. There are three main declensions (1st-3rd) and two minor ones (4th and 5th).
